Halloween!

Another candy filled Halloween! Carter chose to be a red Power Ranger this year and Isaac got to be an orange dinosaur, yes, I did make them both, lots of fun, but lots of late nights! - here we are at Uncle Christian and Aunt Nancy's house - they have the best neighborhood to trick or treat - not a lot of traffic and handfuls of candy at each house!

The boys had a great time - Carter was so excited he was literally sprinting all around to get to the next house. Isaac kept saying "more house? more candy?" But after about 20 minutes, Carter went up to Lars and said "Papa, can you take my bag and go to the rest of the houses?" And Isaac just started saying "home, home!" Maybe because it was 35 degrees and quite blustery. But once we got inside, the real fun began, dumping out the candy and choosing some to eat. Carter ended up eating 5 pieces by the time we got home. I then asked him to run laps around the living room and kitchen, which he and Isaac gladly did..... 37 times! Now that's what I call a sugar high!

Uncle Lee jumping in, not quite as gracefully :)

Carter, Isaac and I hiked up Mt Philo on a beautiful fall day, getting them to smile for the camera was a little tricky!

Carter on the hike - he was enthralled with the big rock!

Well, one kid smiling!
A great picture of Carter on our field trip with his preschool. We hiked all the way around the Indian Brook Reservoir.
