Fall in Vermont

I have been woefully abandoning my blog, and realizing I've been missing out on recording so much fun that we have been having with these two boys.  Isaac just turned three this week and I can't believe what a different kid he has turned into in just the past 4-6 months.  Talking up a storm (albeit with a lisp on almost every consonant) and being a generally goofy nutball.  Carter started kindergarten last week and seems to be doing well, just have to work on getting them to bed earlier.  The bus comes at 7:15 which means we have to be leaving the house around 6:55 to walk down the driveway and make sure we get there in time.  Isaac is going to a preschool in Williston again for two mornings a week.  I have started formalizing my health coaching business and have my first client.  Next up, making a website and brochures to hand out to all my doctor friends to start getting some actual paying clients!

Here are Carter and Isaac getting baseball autographs from the Lake Monsters team members.  As Isaac likes to yell, loudly, anywhere he is, "GO LAKE MONSTERS!!!"
Carter and his best buddy and cousin, Paul, in Jackson Hole.  They loved being together and would lock themselves in their bedroom so Skylar and Isaac couldn't come in.
Playing in the stream in Jackson Hole.
Hurricane Irene visited Vermont, this is our road with 5 feet of water.  Stranded our dead end road for about 24 hours. Lots of damage all around Vermont, we were lucky to just have a flooded road.
The bumper cars at the Champlain Valley Fair!
Carter, Isaac, Malcolm and Maura (cousins!)
Carter on the school bus for orientation day!
Much love to everyone and I will try to start taking more photos and writing more stories!

Ski Fever

We are in the midst of ski fever here in Vermont.  Lars is off for the week out in Kirkwood, California.  Carter is tearing up the slopes at our local rope tow/t-bar area, Cochran's.  He goes up the rope tow by himself and flies down.  Isaac just screams "Isaac go up rope tow by my SELFFFFF!!!" which, of course, he cannot do yet, but will soon, I'm sure!
